My wife and I decided to become more serious with breeding the American Pit


Bull Terrier about 3yrs ago.

We specialize in blue and blue fawn pit bulls. All of our dogs are purple ribbon

UKC registered. We currently house 4 of our dogs here on the premises,
 
and have 3 of our other dogs in and around the Baltimore metro Politian area.

 All of our dogs are bred for good temperament and body structure and they

have all been well socialized with humans and other pets, even though we have a

small and upcoming kennel these dogs are more of our family then they are our

 pets.
 

Each of our dogs is raised around children ranging from the time they were

infants until 8yrs old. 

Our children sometimes think that they have mini ponies because they try to ride

our dogs but we have to tell them they are not meant to ride.

We love to take all of our dogs to the park and let them run freely off the leash,

we have perfect strangers approach us in the park and they commend us on how

well behaved our dogs are and how good looking they are. We take them to the

park so they can get enough exercise; just letting them out in the yard isn't

enough. We take time to exercise these dogs if it's taking them to the park to

taking them on a mile or two walk.  We have had several people stop and ask us

where we got our dogs and we had to tell them that we breed them our self. It's

nice to see people stop and tell you how beautiful our dogs are especially when

we take them on their long walks we have people blowing the horn at us, that is

just more positivity shown our way and that's what keeps us thriving to give the

American Pit Bull Terrier lovers what they are asking for.

Hey guys, this is Amy I am v's wife, we have been together for the past

8yrs and ever since we've got together he has owned a pit bull.

I really didn't know too much about the breed all I knew is that they were

some beautiful dogs. I can't count how many times I've gotten stared at

in the past for owning a Pit Bull.

Several people who know nothing about the breed automatically judge

the dog by what the media says.

In the past 3 years we decided to purchase our first UKC resisted

American pit bull. And from there it’s been all over with, ever since then we haven't stopped,

we continue to grow and keep adding more dogs to our yard. 

I work for a commercial appraisal company and when I tell my co-workers

that I own American Pit Bulls and that we are a upcoming small kennel I

always get that "oh so you’re like Michael Vick" and I quickly put them in

check and let them know that we breed our dogs for good temperament

and body structure not for game.

And that all of our dogs are so wonderful with our children and perfect

strangers they just can't believe it.
 


We take our dogs around so many strangers and other kinds of pets

that the people who are quick to judge the American Pit Bull Terrier

can't believe what they are seeing with their own two eyes.

So many people think that these dogs are very aggressive and not

people or pet friendly.


Wow if I only had a dollar for every negative remark I would have enough

money to pay to have these BSL laws destroyed.

We are giving back to the breed and are promoting the breed with so

much positive energy.

We need more people like us to fight for this breed. My personal dog is

storm and I couldn't ask for a better dog then her.

In the past I have owned a Rottweiler, some mix breeds and a pure

breed chow none of these dogs compare to our American Pit Bull

Terriers, those other dogs I owned were very aggressive, my chow was

very territorial and didn't like strangers at all.

All of our American Pit Bull Terriers bark when they see a stranger

approach the yard but more or less they're only asking for your

attention to come and pet them and let them know you do notice them

and that they are a part of the family as well.

I have to be honest I personally have 2 children that are my own but

technically I have 6 children cause these dogs are just like my own kids. I

would never allow anyone to cause them harm or danger and I reward

them all the time and give them the praise they deserve.

If you have any doubts about owning an American Pit Bull Terrier

please don't the breed is only aggressive by the person who trains them.

If you were brought up in an environment that was always negative you

would grow up treating other people the way you’re raised.

That goes the same for any dog if you raise it properly and in a positive

environment you will get a positive outcome. I want to thank you
